I have sold on ebay for well over 17 years. When you buy from eBay your buying from an individual not ebay when a seller states ebay will handle it. The seller is not some one you want to deal with. I offered her a partial refund, she declined it. To make a long story short, I refunded her money and let her keep the items and she still left neutral feedback. These handles she bought was original airstream handles; not aftermarket, but I still refunded her money and let her keep the items after some back and forth messages. She also needs to check the definition of ‘civil’. Terrible buyer, in my book!
