It's hard to say this was a positive transaction after the hassle of packageing and sending items back for a refund but I will hold my nose and leave the best feedback I can since I got a full refund. Had there been some communication regarding this transaction, a better feedback rating may have been warranted.

Seller offered partial refund for inferior flags. After several contacts with Seller, seeking complete refund & Return Shipping label, Seller kept offering partial refund. eBay had to intercede. I mailed back printed flags and received complete refund.
