      Best brand of melatonin by far

      Natrol melatonin works great for my chronic insomnia. I tried many brands before I found Natrol and I've been using it for 15 years now. None worked as well as this brand and it seems clear that not all melatonin products contain the same amount of sleep inducing melatonin.

      Fell asleep, didn’t stay asleep

      This made me so sleepy after 30 minutes of taking it, I was so happy! Then I woke up at 3am and couldn’t fall back asleep and was exhausted the next day! So I have it another try the next day and same thing. Won’t try again until I’m off from work the next day to avoid day time drowsiness.
