    SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!! I bought an impact wrench from this person which was "open box". When I received the tool it had someone's name written on the tool in two places with permanent marker. It was also apparent it had been used in many many jobs. When I contacted the seller he said it was listed as open box slightly used and he sent me a screen shot. Apparently I missed the "slightly used" caveat or it was put in after the sale. Regardless, open box does not mean used. Think it is stolen
