    Better value refurbished than brand new

    Refurbished so there are some scratches/signs of wear but they're only noticeable up close, so the refurb price is a better value for such a well-performing heater/fan. As much as I like it, I'm not sure I would buy at the full retail price. This is now my second refurb of this model - I bought the first a few years ago and it's still going strong, with almost daily use during the winter.

    Broken looking and Noisy, save your money and avoid Dyson AM09

    Top has visible cracking and it sounds like a jet engine with an even sputtering sort of sound you wouldn't expect from a bladeless fan. It does put out good heat but it's too loud and looks like a piece of garbage like it is about to just fall apart. The stylish look is destroyed by the crack which jumps out at you. The heater is too noisy for me to fall asleep around (I am a light sleeper but this is the first heater i've had this issue with.) Thumbs down. note: about the crack, this is a refurb. refurbished is repairing something, not mixing in defective looking product from the main line though, someone might have received this thing as new and returned it

    Great! Can't even tell its not brand new!

    I have a similar model to this bought brand new and wanted a second but didn't want to spend quite as much. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this refurbished unit. It's clean and looks brand new and works very well. I'd highly recommend this as a good purchase.

    Dyson cool/warm fan is great.

    This is just what I needed to take the chill out of the air in the morning. The ability to focus the air i to a narrow area is a great feature. The only th9ng I can th9nk of to i prove the product is to have the on/off switch on the remote but you can effectively do that by just adjusting the desired temperature. I have not used the fan cool feature yet but I assume it will be great too. My cousin had just a dyson fan they use in the upstairs of a old house and this is just as quiet too. Love the product and would recommend it to anyone. This is a reconditioned by Dyson product so I got it at a nice price too.
