It is in new condition and comes complete in its original packaging." Not "new." Item arrived in a repurposed Amazon box, though it was well-packed with paper and bubble wrap. It had a bent rack ear, various scratches, missing power button & two foam tape patches on top. It does function properly & was well-priced. Condition & packaging did not meet expectations stated in ad. See pics.
