    Feedback was a little premature. The item was shipped per the seller but it never left Florida based on UPS tracking. I waited and waited and no change. I informed the seller who had great response but was a little over confident that the item was "on the way". After waiting 9 days for a no show delivery I requested a refund. I think the seller should resolve issues faster or use better shipping method.

    Headband pad sent did not fit my headphones. Although It was very similar, the Item received was different from the item pictured. The bars on the back of the band did not line up and the new band would not snap into the headphones. Seller followed through and resolved the issue by providing a refund.
