    Have purchased this product before for my Mother in Law she has used if for 2 years or so she finds comfort in knowing that help is a button push away it works as noted when I contacted 911 for trial test, I hope she never have to use it but she finds comfort in knowing that help is just a button push away appears to work as noted.

    Not what i needed

    Product reqired use of a regular land line, wh8ch was no mentioned in the ad. I have a landnline through cable company but by plugging this device into that modem, it would have been to far away to connect.
