        Execlent!

        This solved my 32-ft extension ladder storage problem. Very easy to installed with clear instructions. One thing to keep in mind is that the bracket side is approx 12'' while the strap side is about 15" this is important to know if you have a garage door to make sure it clears the ladder when the door is opened. I had to reveres mine after finding out the hard way.

        Up and out of the way

        A great item that is easy to install, leaves garage a little less cluttered and is inexpensive to buy. The pulleys turn smoothly and the ladder seemed almost weightless when it is hoisted. Installation is painless but I had a friend help with install. In all I would buy again. Nice, sturdy and useful product

        28 foot ladder out of the way now!

        I have had a big orange fiberglass ladder taking up space in my garage for quite some time. That all ended with this purchase! It was easy to install once the ceiling studs were found. Looks good and gets the ladder right up to within 18 inches of the ceiling. Looks good install too.
