Did right by honoring auction price & sent my item - EVEN AFTER THEY REFUNDED purchase. In a follow-up message I wrote that I surely want to re-send payment, which is also the right thing. Seller is ASTOUNDING, exceeded & went ABOVE & BEYOND my wildest expectations.Follow-up from: z***z- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.After I already left negative feedback, Seller SHIPPED THE LIGHT! I am amazed & mortified! I will delete/change original feedback if possible - it seems the Seller must request it (have sent message). This Seller ASTOUNDED ME! ABSOLUTELY DID THE RIGHT THING & sent my item - EVEN AFTER THEY REFUNDED the purchase. In my follow-up message I said I want to re-send the refunded payment, which is also the right thing. He did so in my case even though I left neutral feedback initially, he wanted to make sure that this corrected to my satisfaction and did so. He went out of his way to do the right thing. He is an honorable and gracious person.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI did receive the order on 7-11-25 but one of the items was damaged during shipping. One of the boxes was crushed on the corner of the box. When I opened the box and checked the unit I saw that the sensor at the center of the unit was pushed inward. This unit is no longer waterproof and most likely has internal damage. I would like to have it replaced, i can send you pictures.
