    I'm VERY Happy On How My Aquarium Looks After Using Excel...

    Before buying this I was well aware of the "controversy" surrounding this product. So I educated myself by watching YouTube videos about it and reading articles as well. The best article and advice was from smartaquariumguide dot com regarding dosing with Excel. It's a very informative with great illustrations and information that for me at least tipped the scales regarding trying it on my 10 gallon planted tank. While most will not call this product an algaecide it sure worked like one in my tank especially so on the Black Beard algae that was on one of my crypts. My dose for a 10 gallon planted tank with 8 gallons of water was just shy of a Mg which in drops worked out to about 14 drops per day EVERY DAY. 20 drops = 1Mg.
