    Seller never sent phone or notified me. Listing said it was shipped but when it didn't arrive I contacted him. He said I didn't pay enough for the phone so he wasn't sending it to me. I understand there could be mixups, but he should have contacted me immediately to say he wasnt sending item I won. My money was tied up for over a week and I missed out on other auctions of other phones I was watching at the time.
