    The unit was inexpensive and advertised as having been fully tested.Item was well packaged and it arrived on time. It did appear to be as advertised but when tested it didn’t play SACDs. I queried this with the seller who immediately replied admitting that they had not tested it with an SACD and advised I return it to them and they would be happy to refund. I applied through eBay to return the item which was easy and free I am happy with seller and would be happy to use them again

    Bought for my mum .buyer claimed was new other( no box).no problem.was delivered fairly quickly .but item had been used more than once .plastic measures 2missing . measure jug broke..told seller.said to return which mum couldn't she's in her 80s and doesn't live near me to return .so she tested it .not working as it should .told seller .gave 10.00 refund from a 40.00 not working correctly bread machine .not happy sorry but your reply YOU CAN'T RETURN.IF USED ..item wasn't as described !!!?

    when you contacted stating that you thought the breadmaker had been in used condition you should of put in back in box and sent back to me and i would of given a full refund including postage.to continue to try it out when you were not happy was wrong.i understand your mother being in her 80s but surely someone could of helped her repack into box and send back to me

    if we could have we would have sent it back. we live over 100 miles a way so please dont even think this is on us you were in the wrong not me not my mum , selling new item that have been used ,, not good, you should double check the things you buy from a charity shop before reselling things for new
