        Sunbeam had a great product with this....wish they'd come back

        Great knife....we've had this same model in the past, and the design of the handle makes it really easy to use. Only negative is that the plastic blade jacket for when the knife is not in use was not included.

        Best Electric carver I've ever had.

        Had this for years (30+) when it finally died the other night. SO glad I was able to find a new one. "Compact" is in the mind of the holder... you won't fit this into a drawer but that isn't where I keep mine.
