He did so in my case even though I left neutral feedback initially, he wanted to make sure that this corrected to my satisfaction and did so. He went out of his way to do the right thing. - *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI did receive the order on 7-11-25 but one of the items was damaged during shipping. One of the boxes was crushed on the corner of the box. When I opened the box and checked the unit I saw that the sensor at the center of the unit was pushed inward. This unit is no longer waterproof and most likely has internal damage. I would like to have it replaced, i can send you pictures.
