The first time I ordered, there was an accidental mixup and the wrong plushes were sent (Sanei 2024 Sonic and Shadow instead of the Generations prize plushes). However, we were able to work out an agreement to a partial refund so that neither side would need to deal with the cost/hassle of an international return. I also reordered, and the correct plushes were sent this time. All plushes were in brand new condition as described. Thank you.
