        Fab camera with great zoom!

        I was debating for ages on whether to get this camera. And since buying one so far I have not been disappointed. I mainly got this for the big zoom and even without a Tripod you can still get decent enough pictures of Birds or the Moon etc. Even a plane that was miles away! Only downside which is a small one, is that it is quite bulky so I hope one day one maybe smaller with the same features as technology progresses. Has long battery power as well. I took 300 photos and video and camera was on alot inbetween when going to the zoo and it still had alot of batter power left. Long as you charge it up for least 2 hours before use. Definitely worth the money and even though have always enjoyed taking photos, it has made me even more interested in learning and even learning about the different ...

        I bought this item expected it to be better the build quality is poor and the battery does not last I had to turn the WiFi off to make the battery last

        The zoom is... incredible!

        This was a bit of an impulse buy, although I'd been looking at this camera for a while now. There are a number of good reviews on YouTube if you're curious. The newer P1000 has been launched, which is a much larger camera but with x120 (or 3000mm) zoom, and because of this there are now some real bargains to be had with the P900. When using the camera for the first time, it takes a while to get used to features like manual focus (again, I would recommend going online to watch some of the video tutorials that are available.) The camera does not have the option to record images in RAW format, which is a pity, but then I think this is a camera aimed at the "fun" end of the market. The zoom is... incredible!

        Just what I was looking for. Images not as good as my DSLR but that’s to be expected.

        The photos are not up to my DSLR but used with tripod or mono pod good results can be obtained at full zoom. No changing lenses so can switch to zoom from scene in seconds Bought for a holiday and absolutely fills the bill. I am very pleased with this camera and you have to bear in mi d it is a bridge camera and don’t put expectations higher than is sensible. Easy to use. I don’t intend to take photos for national geographic so have no complaints and I do find the not having to swap lenses a great plus both in convenience and cost Would recommend this camera

        Great camera

        The zoom on this camera is amazing....perfect for capturing wildlife and scenery. It is bigger and heavier than similar cameras, which doesn't come across in the picture, I have to say I was surprised how chunky it was. It's very easy to use however and the picture quality is really sharp! The overall package with this camera is great, everything you need to take wonderful photos and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this product to anyone.
