    Seller sent my hardbound book through the mail that wasn’t even sealed properly—opened to the dirt, moisture and elements. Just look at the pictures—this is the book just taken out of my mailbox! Who does this? It is the rainy season here, too. Seller said, “We had a storm and freeze ,and was getting them ship out fast as possible we will ship them better in future Vietnam books”…but has had a history of not packaging items with care. Seller did refund the book, but the damage is done.
