I’ve bought similar products elsewhere before, but none compare to the level of detail and durability this one has.

Stem broke in half & the entire plant dried like crackers (see photos). I contacted the seller immediately. They refused to work with me and advised me to file a complaint with UPS for a refund...HUH??? This seller left me with no choice but to contact eBay... & a refund was issued soon thereafter. We ship plants healthy as promised.
