Light kit was packaged well and delivered in perfect condition. Azbunslinger emailed me to insure all was well after delivery. It doesn't work properly. I received it on Saturday tried to setup on Sunday and it was a dude. Definitely a used item sold as new. It was listed as new, I sent a message to confirm that it was new. The sand you mentioned is Fluval Ceramic Ring sediment found in nearly all Fluvals. You never set it up so how would you know if it doesn't work? Worked perfect when we got it back from you and replaced the broken lid nuts you snapped off. EBAY LET YOU SLIP THRU THE CRACKS BUT WE BOTH KNOW YOUR A FRAUD!!!
