    Vendor was not very responsive about questions about missing parts on item and did not note prior damage to brackets inside of storage box. Grinder was not properly wrapped inside box for shipping. Upon opening, bracket inside storage box was broken off and loose in bottom of box. Bubble wrap is cheap compared to price of item and time required to fix box.
