      While the item did arrive in ok shape, the packing was non existent. The box was partially open when delivered as the bottom of the box had not been taped at all. The item was in the a large box just bouncing around with no protective wrapping or anything of the sort. The description of the item was accurate. Thank you for at least putting a little bubble wrap around the thermos, was very fortunate it did not break.
