The tracking information from USPS showed it arrived at its Dallas location on the 16th and never left USPS for 18 days. This was not the sellers fault, IT WAS USPS. I contacted the sealer for a refund and he agreed. The seller apologized for the shipping and I told him it was not his fault but that of USPS.
