      Horrible customer service/RudeManners as far as sellers go. I am a seller on multiple apps 10+ years. Upon receiving the return since I own this item already the seller had to message me and scold Me about not packaging the item the exact same way they had. No damage occurred & after messages back-and-forth, seller had the audacity to tell me that a $40 pocketbook is now damaged due to being sent back without tissue paper! Find a better seller with better morals

      She said this was "accidentally" ordered/paid for & wanted it returned. I agreed to a return. Per listing it should be packed as shipped & in original condition. Buyer removed purse from box & all protective wrapping materials, folded the bag & sent it back unprotected in a used poly bag. Bag arrived folded/damaged. I let buyer know & she became irate about "conditions" to the return. I still gave her a full refund. She still left unfair review. Some people are never satisfied no matter what.
