Takayuki communications were fast, polite and very helpful. The watch arrived beautifully packaged, in fantastic condition. The price was excellent too, just a shame UK customs decided to charge so much, which is no fault of the seller. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Japan to United Kingdom sent Monday arrived at my home on the Friday morning.
