      Stunned that a glass jar of facial balm had ZERO protective packaging. Was loose (unwrapped, unboxed) in a flimsy mailing bag. The balm was not firm, as it typically is. It was sloshed around and there's no way of telling if it was used or not. I'm used to the balm being firm, untouched, and the glass jar protected. It clearly states "no returns" so I confess that I did not bother to contact the seller. I'm prone to believe if they care so little about packaging, they won't care about my issue.
