The listing showed 2 oil filters in the photo and said oil filters PLURAL in the title. The price also reflected what two HF142 filters would cost but I only received one. After contacting them they refused to send a return label even though it’s their fault for misleading buyers with their listing . This could have been easily avoided if they were just clear by stating “listing is for one filter”. eBay had to step in and ruled in my favor.
