One of which excuses was cyber attack of his city. This did happen in November 2024 but not in March 2025 when seller used it as an excuse! I suspected seller never had the bag to sell but just trying to drag past the 30 day of expected delivery date so EBay couldn’t step in to help with refund. I was lucky to act in time to get a full refund. Hope this feedback helps others.
