It was packed extremely well and shipped right away. TMR Audio's 30-day refund policy made it an effectively risk-free opportunity to audition a new bit of gear. I am keeping my purchase in this case (it sounds awesome in my setup). I was spared the usual second-thoughts while waiting for its arrival, however, knowing it would just cost return shipping if I didn't like it.
