He first admitted a ‘huge mistake’, then later insisted I had the correct stone, and finally reverted to admitting the error. What I received was of lower value. He also tried to resolve it outside of eBay and continued marketing to me directly by text. Refund was eventually granted, but there were too many red flags. I still have the wrong gem report.
