Our only issue was with FedEx as they couldn’t seem to get their delivery date firm. We had three different delivery dates which meant someone had to be home and accept package. Communications with FedEx is not easy. The item arrived in a timely manner it was just wasting three days waiting. It was well protected for shipment and good value for an item that is no longer manufactured. Shipping was a great deal but a bit of a nightmare as I had no idea when it would arrive. Seller was good at communicating but once shipped, it just couldn't be tracked. It ended up arriving on a Saturday evening when I wasn't home and my house guests had to help the driver get it into the residence! The item was sent out quickly. The freight company delivered quickly and with no signs of damage. My only complaint is with the shipping company’s communication. I received my first communication from them when they were 30 minutes away. That 30 minutes turning into 2 hours before arrive. All said and done… I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
