When I contacted seller I received a prompt, professional but personalized response advising on what to do. Item was finally delivered and package was torn badly and item was bent in several areas. Able to repair and happy with it. My only comment would be to improve the packaging of the planters by reinforcing the corners with heavy cardboard. These planters are heavy and the manufacturer needs to take the corners into account for transportation. I recommend this seller without reservation.
