When contacted about the issue, I was told that it had never left the local facility. When it finally arrived, the packaging looked like it had been dropped from a relatively high elevation and bounced hard. A corner of the case was broken and the raised edge of the mating seal area was cleaved off. It's no longer water tight.

And lastly its perfect for the amount of money I paid,the sounds nice I can hear everything clearly and it came charged with everything inside 10/10 seller honestly🎶
