      The Retro-Bit RES is a joy to own. Set has great looks, plays original NES cartridges just like the original, and is a terrfic value! Buy one!

      The Retro-Bit RES Top Loading NES Console w/2 Pack Controllers has been a great purchase for me. I recently found a bunch of old NES games in the attic but no console, this one does the job quite well. It arrived in a retail box and included the console, A/V cable, power supply, and 2 controllers. Everything seems to be of adequate quality, considering the console's low price. The cartridge slot does have a bit of a 'death grip' on my cartridges and I have to apply a bit of force to insert them, and pull a bit hard to retrieve them when done playing. It outputs using composite video, there is no HDMI output on this model, though I believe another similar version by Retro-Bit also features HDMI output. It has a switch for NTSC/PAL, and uses a mini USB power supply. I tested the console and ...

      NES classic slayer!

      I couldn't find the NES classic anywhere and I refuse to play the ridiculous scalpers games. I have an aversion to emulators, so this was my decision. I do not regret it at all. Some reviews compare this RES plus to the Retron HD. From my experience with both clones, the retro bit is easily the better console. No bugs, glitches, or anything fancy. It comes with 2 controllers and all the 80's nostalgia I can handle

      HORRIBLE Audio Issues

      The video output from this console looks amazing. But the audio is SO horribly distorted that it ruins the entire experience. Don’t waste your money.

      Wow, I was very skeptical
