My spouse informed me when it arrived and the shipping time was good, considering size and weight. The outer box that it was shipped in was heavily damaged and open. The Cricut box was slightly damaged. But Cricut packed the machine very well and the machine itself is perfectly fine. I haven't had the chance yet to use it so hopefully it'll operate as it should.
