When taking a picture up against my usual cardboard squares I can see and feel the difference. Company said that the cardboard comes from another supplier and they must have used "less material".Customer service communication was excellent! I reached out to them on 2 occasions with a prompt response.. However, the cardboard wasn't strong enough for my needs.

I was surprised that the sheets were sent in plastic bag, not in box. Compare to my past experience, it seems that ecoswift doesn't care the condition of the item when the buyer receive it.
