Seller claims it's just the "natural grain" - I totally disagree. I do a LOT of custom woodworking and carving, so I know about wood and finishing... I'd fix it but there would be nothing left of the comb since the scratches are so deep. Just as an FYI, these are genuine rosewood combs that have a great deal of natural grains. The manufacturer has chosen to showcase this feature while polishing, so this is a personal preference issue.
