The adapter casing and cabling looked new, but the internal components appeared repurposed, dirty, and poorly manufactured. Unfortunately, all of this is probably unknown to the seller since it requires opening the adapter to view. Unit puts out a steady 5.1V despite the poor soldering job and DC hot side being soldered across a capacitor pad and not the positive output pad. Good enough for my use, but wouldn’t trust use with anything valuable.
