      Good quality and affordable piece of equipment for your home gym

      This is a good, sound, sturdy bench for use in my home gym. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It gets moderate use in our house as I am a woman of medium build and use it for light weight lifting and several workouts that require also using the bench for step moves. I have found it to be both steady and sturdy for my purposes. Keep in mind that this is an incline bench so if you prefer a flat seat this one does not have a flat seat. You can recline the back to a flat position which allows me to use for stop moves but the seat is permanently tilted. This is fine for me but if you want a bench that will also lay completely flat on both ends, just keep in mind that this one will not. Overall very pleased with the bench and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable ...

      Decline bench

      For the price this is a decent bench. It definitely is not heavy duty for sure. It is comfortable in the flat and incline position, but I bought it particularly for decline bench and flys. In the full decline position with your legs locked in, it is extremely uncomfortable. Actually I can't lay all the way back with both legs locked in, which for a sit up slant-board, this is perfect.

      Good product

      Good workout bench and seems solid. A little pricy than others but so far doing the job. The adjustable slant has a lot of wiggle that gives more than expected difficulties to put the safety pin.

      Sturdy Bench

      Overall, it's a good product. No squeaks so long as you tighten every nut/bolt. Very sturdy. Only problem I see is the leg support foam rolls. The plastic ends tend to pinch when the back of your knees are too close to the ends when doing crunches.
