The plastic bag containing screws was old and two holes had developed releasing the screws. Fortunately, the screws were located loose inside the box. No damage was initially discovered. Will follow up review after installation if additional issues occur. Unable to leave feedback unless all star ratings were marked. So, marked 3 stars and will update after installation is complete
