Envelope was ripped terribly & the graded case was chipped and cracked multiple times. When asked about it seller DID offer for me to return the card (it seemed at my expense) and get refunded. He said he’d then get it re graded to resell. I need the card so I opted to keep it, but I’m w/other sellers who claim seller does not pack items adequately or safely. Luckily my card was not high value. No partial refund offered.
