Need to tweak my recipe for the container, but otherwise it works well. Soft serve is quicker for those who can't wait. Me. I was surprised that this thing is no louder than my bread maker. Not freezing the mixing bowl is great. This has the drive under the bowl, like a bread maker, not in an arm over the top. Seems well made and I hope the paddle holds up as long. It, of course, is plastic.
