    Did a decent job

    Easy to use if mixed with hot water as instructions state. All of my decking had to be scrubbed and some of the stains remain, but most of the deck cleaned up and the railings too.

    Works the best for those that can afford it. Do not dilute for nasty stains.

    When you need a solution to get the worst stains out of concrete or stone this is the answer. Only product that removes Black Walnut stains in concrete. Very expensive but when nothing else works.....
