It works for me, nice little machine.
It takes 1 gallon of tap water to fill, and I get almost a full gallon distilled water back. Seems to work like it's supposed too. Takes about 3 hours to run a batch. some scale will bake on in the tank but not hard to clean. Most of the scale stays soft like lard, easy to wipe and wash out. I use it for a small ice maker. It starts as soon as you plug it in, but if you unplug it while it's running you need to push the button to restart it, otherwise automatic start and stops and shuts off when done. I don't use the carbon filter because my water is good from the well and no added chlorine.It takes 1 gallon of tap water to fill, and I get almost a full gallon distilled water back. A little heavier than I would like
The ladder arrived quickly. I think it is advertised as 22 pounds. I’m 6’1” tall, 245 pounds. I’m more than able to carry 22 pounds. The problem is there is no designed handle to grasp to catty it. You have to tuck the ladder under your arm and grasp the bottom rung to carry it. It also flexes a little , but most aluminum ladders do. Overall, I like it. I got it to replace a heavy 24’ aluminum ladder, which was really a job to handle. This telescoping ladder operates as advertised. It’s easy to extend and to collapse. Water Distiller
Wife has to use a CPAP Machine when she sleeps, which has to use distilled water. Last time, when people were buying up and hoarding all the TP and bottled water, people were even buying up the distilled water which made it difficult to find at times. Problem Solved. It works GREAT! I would not consider the unit compact, but it is what it is. It's the nature of the beast. Not everything can fold up for compact storage. Don't expect to distill a gallon of water in an hour. The process is not a fast one, but you can start it up and go do other things and it shuts itself off when complete. Perfect for my MotorHome.
This is the perfect ladder for my 1978 motorhome. The ladder that is on it is unsafe to use. It doesn't take much room to store it. It is easy to open and close and it is the perfect length to access the roof (10 foot) of the motorhome.
