They did care about my request for larger and darker stones, because that's what I got. But the crystals don't exactly match the picture. The picture shows a bored hole, with the leather strap going through the crystal. This is not the way it was. Instead, a thin metal loop was put through a much smaller hole (still bored through the crystal). Not enough of a concern for me to return it... but the picture above is not exactly what you are getting.
