    Orthotics arrived quickly, in less than a week. Adequate package (thick plastic envelope) allowed item to arrive intact. Item matches description. For non-custom orthotics that include a true arch, the price was competitive. Arch supports are helpful, and superior to what came with orthopedic walking shoes. Yet pads at front of new orthotics are thinner than pads in original orthotics that came with walking shoes. Switched back to originals. Will save the orthotics from this order as spares.
