    The power supply was supposed to be open box, just used in demos, when I got it, it was missing the I/O port connection and power cable. Furter Inspeccion of the unit confirmed it was not in good condition; screen has visible scratches and is very dirty. This was not the worst yet, the warranty void label came broken, so this seems to be a refurbished unit, sold as new. I do not recommend buy something from this seller, he doesn't have consistency with description and value about products.

    Transaction and shipment went well. Equipment had an error message that was not stated on the description. Seller didn’t compensate for that. Instead wanted the unit back claiming that it can sell it for more money. I need the unit so I didn’t return it. A great customer service will do a partial refund to cover parts or to compensate for the missed information. If i know about the error I will be satisfied with the purchase because I will decide if I am ok with the error before purchase

    Thank you for the review. I am very sorry about your experience just to clear the matter I didn’t know about the error. After checking on the web about the error was due to a 3V coin cell battery costing $2.50. The unit was completely tested and calibrated when I received it. It was open to take photos only. My offer was for you to return the unit with a full refund.
