Satisfied with packaging and it was nice looking right out the box. No sign of damage, and even had a screen protector already on it. Everything works and it was easy to figure out how to use. There are a ton of customizable settings. Definitely worth the price compared to other places that sell this. It was shipped quickly and arrived even quicker. Would purchase again.

However, the battery doesn’t hold a good charge. Only 6 hours on AAC/MP3 and 5 hours FLAC on continuous playback, on low volume with screen in sleep mode. Out of the box, new units are expected to last in the 30-40 hour range playing continuous MP3 files. I suppose it’s to be expected with an item that’s 6 years old already. Thanks.
