    i was in direct contact with the buyer to resolve the issue but she decided to escalate and it did not worth it at that point. the buyer was trigger happy and appeared to feel more important by providing a negative feedback

    The fruity smell was too strong . I will not purchase this fragrance again....prefer the calendula oat shampoo.
