The seller suggested to return it but the problem is I spent $$ to install and need to spend even more to uninstall it. If I knew the problem I would never buy it, the description doesn’t tells about it. Seller did not respond to my last message and I don’t think he even understands what I am talking about. In some cases, they did not know the answer, but they said so, rather than taking a quess. I can see the images on the monitor even when I wear sunglasses! For some reason all of the other companies that I tested, which sell a 10.3" monitor, has their monitor go black when I wear sunglasses. Very happy with this product and seller.
